The unit has plenty of light and new wood blinds on the windows. A walk in closet for extra storage and plenty of room for your clothes. The built in desk is unique for our building and has space for your computer.

The shared Community Room and Kitchen is off of the center hallway on the first floor. Laundry is in the back of the building. Parking is not included, but it is not hard to find a space within one block if you have patience. Tenant pays Electricity / Phone* / Cable* and Housing Provider pays for Hot and Cold Water, Trash, Sewer. (* tenant optional service)

Rent requested is $1,015 per month. Security Deposit requested $ 1,200.

2nd floor unit with good kitchenette space. Two burner cook top built in and under counter refrigerator. Nice light in Windows in the main room. The bath is very nice with small white octagon tiles on the floor.

Rooftop Penthouse with private sundeck. Wow, such privacy in the city!

Do you like to have open sky on you? This is the best part of this private but small little apartment on the roof level of the Avalon Apartments.

Unit Number 5

First floor unit. This efficiency unit is a nice unit in that it has unusual layout. Big walk in closet. Good sized studio in two rooms. Living room and bedroom are separated.

All rentals subject to prior rental. All applicants will be fairly and evenly evaluated on earnings and prior residences and references. Preference is given to those who want quiet and peaceful surroundings and will be respectful of others. If you like loud TV/Stereos etc. you may not want to live here.
