All rentals subject to prior rental. All applicants will be fairly and evenly evaluated on earnings and prior residences and references. Preference is given to those who want quiet and peaceful surroundings and will be respectful of others. If you like loud TV/Stereos etc. you may not want to live here. This building is a center hall design that enables sound to travel down the hallway and therefore respectful behavior is expected. See the Rules and Regulations for details on Quite Hours. Some units are reserved for Low Income residents. If you qualify, this can be a very affordable place to call home and live near the beach.
