The individual units may be small but it has a warm and pleasant feel once uou snuggle in.

This is a great part of town in which to live. We are North of Wilshire Blvd. by 1 block. Two blocks south of Montana Ave. Just 3 blocks from shopping and entertainment at the Third Street Promenade! Or a refreshing walk to the beautiful Ocean Ave. bluffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean. For exercise buffs walk to the famous walking stairs over on 4th Street that go down into Santa Monica Canyon.

Some may want to call the units names other than a Single. Would you prefer a Bachelor or a Bachelorette. Depending on the unit or the size of the kitchen the different name may apply. Some of the units are almost a 1 bedroom apartment. But the best term I've run across would be from an English guest who called it an efficiency flat. Come see for yourself.
